I relocated from California in December of 2017. I loved the apartment and location. I got engaged, bought a house and had to move. I did all of the marketing and showcased the apt to re-rent it. I found great tenants, whew! Unfortunately after moving out, I am still waiting for my pet deposit that I paid to Zach in December with no response from him or management. I had to forfeit my $99 deposit, but I expected my pet deposit of $250 as the new tenants also had to pay a $250 deposit. It's been 80 days and I am still waiting... read more
Took them two week to fix the ceiling and more than one month to fix the heating in winter. Worst experience ever.
HORRIBLE. New owners and management are the worst I've ever experienced. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Water leaks, don't clean the buildings. GIANT ROACHES!!! Mice. Never shovel steps and sidewalks.
Manager goes above and beyond daily. Truly appreciate the care and quick response time for any issues! Great prices on very nice units!
Loved touring here, many nice options for extremely reasonable prices! The historic feel along with a vibrant night life helps greatly!
