Very nice real state person
I used Gary back in January to secure several units! Gary is a great guy from what I can tell but the people he does business with such as Smart living Properties are not good people. I have not had AC in my unit since May and I pay $6900 a month for rent for 2 units. If Gary shows you any properties owned by Smart Living Properties don’t rent them!
