If I can give zero stars I would. I went to shaker medical with a discomfort in my right side at the bottom of my rib cage. Gal bladder area & there is a long history of gal bladder issues in my family. Shaker medical promises me they will solve what is going on. Blood work = fine, ultra sound = fine. The final option is a CT scan. Other Dr's have suggested it as well a friends & colleagues. CT is scheduled & not approved by insurance. Rescheduled & canceled, again not approved. Dr.Masklee was an amazing doctor. She asked in-depth questions and requested testing as needed. The techs (forgot their names so sorry :’) ) were super kind! Everyone was so sweet- including front desk. 5/5!! ⭐️ I highly recommend this place.
