Honestly hands down the best doctor I’ve encountered! Dr. Shaker has great bedside manner, he doesn’t rush you. He takes his time educating and answering your questions. Very nice, and down to earth doctor. He is pleasant to deal with, funny, and approachable. My husband and I were so pleased with our experience with him. Highly recommended. I saw Dr. Kinkhabwala for a checkup. She was very thorough and patient, answering my concerns. I did not feel that she was rushing through the appointment. Also - the office staff was very friendly and patient. Important to me as well, they do blood work through LabCorp on site in their Clifton office; so convenient..
First off, I want to acknowledge that I left a review previously that wasn't a very favorable one and I've since entirely deleted it after learning that the situation that happened to my father wasn't the fault of Dr. Shaker's office whatsoever. Rather, it was the fault of the lab and it felt unfair to keep up that review given the situation was out of Dr. Shaker's control. I would like to take this opportunity to apologize to Dr Shaker and his entire office staff indicating that they were unprofessional and non-caring. I was absolutely wrong! I foolishly wrote the review before I had all the facts. It is my hope that Dr Shaker and the entire Shaker Medical Group office staff will accept my sincere apology and forgive my ignorance.
