Two of my children were in need of their lifeguard recertification. I called The Red Cross, Shaker Heights Rec Center and a few other rec centers in search of a program and information about renewing their certification. Hands down the most helpful person in my serch for information was the Sr. Program Coordinator at Shaker Heights Rec Center. I booked a party for my daughter, her 10th birthday. The woman on the phone i booked with was wonderful, i wish after a year i could remember her name, but I'll check the receipt in my email and come back and edit, so I booked with no problems she was able to type in my address and tell me that i could get it for the Shaker Rate.
