my time at shaken was good until the first time I had any dealings with the owners. Customer service from the owners,( not their employees) is like dealing with a couple of children. They are lucky that some of America loves alcohol. In my belief that is the only reason someone would visit any business they run. They are clueless
Love this place, service is great, food is great, prices are great...I really don't know what the last 2 reviews experienced it's never been that way for us. Always enjoy this place. Great selection of quality beer and my wife loves the raspberry lemon drops. I must admit myself they are pretty tasty. David and Heidi
I agree with the review below, crappy service!!! I was really excited for this place to open because its literally 5 minutes from home. Been there twice and neither time was a very good experience. it takes FOREVER to get a drink in this place! My 3 friends and I waited for over 30 minutes with empty glasses and nobody even came to check on us! this place is small so its not like its so big you can get lost in the shuffle, they just didnt check! it was a busy night, being a saturday, but thats no excuse! This place is alright, I went there for my girlfriends birthday the other night, its small, and the staff is friendly, I feel they just need a little more people working during busy times. It took a very long time to get a drink in there, and they were a little expensive. I also wish they had more food options, they have a very small menu, but i'm sure that will come after theyve been open a little while.
