Technician's (Mr. Shakell) wife who answered the phone was very impolite, and that was just the part where she wanted my name. It only got worse from there.
We had a bit of an urgency in our condo. The air conditioner/heater went out during a very hot time of the year and on the approach of a long week-end. When I called Shakell and spoke to Don, he jumped into action to help us. Jeff came out the next day to look at our situation and addressed it so professionally. "Reply to the Owners rebuttal" The owners reply is most definitely fabricated, you can tell by the tone how nasty he is. Why have an emergency number if you don't want to answer the phone during an emergency whether it's 4:30am (when the furnace has died and your whole house is FREEZING and that's how you woke up) or 2:00pm? Get a call service company then. His statement also goes to show that he didn't even know I was a regular customer, WHAT ?!?! Shakell installed a new Carrier Heat Pump & furnace in my home this past summer, his technicians were the best I have seen, polite, hard working & very knowledgable. I had questions about the heat pump as it was the first one I have owned & made several calls to Don which he always had time to answer thoroughly. I would highly recommend Shakell HVAC & his crew.
A shout out to Don Shakell and his guys who installed the new hot water tank in my home. It was an emergency. They were in and out, all done in a matter of a few hours. They did superb job!
