Some of the cracklings were soft and juicy, others dry, felt like old reheated and new were mixed . The maple syrup sauce was good. The pulled pork was very dry and chewy even with the sauce. Live music was good.

Lunch here was great!! Excellent vibes, food and staff. My husband and I came here on a Saturday afternoon and while we were the only ones here upon our arrival it filled up quickly. Large indoor dining area, lounge and bar area and large outdoor patio dining area as well. Limited menu but the food was excellent!! We got the chicken sandwich and the burger and they both had super flavor. We also got the seasonal flight of cider and the imperial maple which of course were very tasty. We will be back!!

I was shook down at the Shakedown. Had medium expectations for a BBQ place and Stow was very let down. Came here with a larger group on a Saturday evening and this place was dead to the point where the server asked us what we were here for (?) food?? beer?? this is a restaurant right? Whole staff acted this was their first day on the job Rest of the meal was just a mishmash of incorrect orders, bland pork, and just the saddest cider's you've ever had.
