You'd expect a manager to create a welcoming atmosphere, or at the very least, acknowledge you with a simple "hello." First time customer with a moderate initial experience. Upon walking into the location I was greeted, not the most welcoming, but I was greeted. I did not know where to order, but was directed to iPads that gathered order information, to later pay at the front desk. This system worked perfectly, however, as a first time customer confusion set in early. The front desk staff were helpful and enthusiastic, which helped.
