We were right close to the time when they close for the night and they were still available for service. They didn’t give us any kind of qualms about ordering so late which was very nice. The food was amazing. We give it a thumbs up.
I had the cashier logout the minute I was ready to order, kept peeking out to see if I was gone, had me waiting in line for 20 mins to order two Fries which ultimately tasted like burnt oil and ended up throwing away. I saw another customer return 2-3 times to exchange and complain about her order as well. Horrible customer customer service and equally dissapointing food quality!
the food and the service in shake shack was really good, i really enjoyed, and one of the team members Maddie was really helpful! Really nice place i would highly recommend
Jordan was awesome and so nice. She listened and answered questions so kindly. And she was so quick and efficient in general. I will be coming back with my friends and family, because the service and the food is so good. Jordan was amazing:)
