Burger came out a little too saucy at 1st luckily the manager was polite, helpful and respectful. Remade the burger and 10 out of 10. Thank you
The burger presentation was awful but tasted good. Nothing irks me more than when you order an item that comes with a side of sauce (spicy cheese fries with ranch) but also add and pay for sauces on the side and you don’t receive any of them. I shouldn’t have to check my bag before leaving the driveway, an employee should be doing a quality check before that order leaves the line. I do not want any kind of compensation, I’m just simply passing along that when you’re charging the prices that you are, please fulfill the order.
This was my second time at this location, and I did not want to leave a review the first time in case it was a one-off instance, but apparently this is not -- the service here is simply terrible. The people working the drive-thru are so incredibly rude and made me feel like I was a complete bother to them. When I am paying almost $50 for two burgers and shakes, I really do expect to be treated with some decent kindness from one human to another.
