The place has a weird and bad smell but the service is good. Food qualitu is not consistent.
Ordered it through doordash, they gave out my order to someone else and had me wait for over an hour. Tried to call and ask them about it, they never pick up the phone. Ultimately they told the newly assigned driver to tell me that I should cancel the order and get the refund through Doordash. Clearly they don’t know what they are doing and don’t care about the customer service, or have a basic courtesy to reach out to the customer and apologize. I would recommend to stay away from this location.
I had a beautiful visit to the shake shack on Wednesday of this week. A special shout out to the nice person who took my order and then brought me my food. Her green glasses were a highlight, as was her good humor, knowledge, and diplomacy. Double cheeseburger with bacon with sublime. I should not be eating french fries or milkshakes but I did, and they were also delicious. But next time I'm going to eat less, in the interest of slimming my plump but avuncular self down.
