*Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else* Manger Chi made sure that our experience will be terrible . She has a disgusting attitude towards customers and she is extremely rude talking to us like we are trash! Her behavior is as low as it gets! Change of management is needed asap!
I ordered frozen custard and they gave me a extremely small portion. I paid $5 for two little scoops of average custard. This was the photo I took after eating one scoop. As you can tell the scoops are a big rip off for paying $5. I pay less than $5 for a big jug of ice cream at the grocery store.
So I ordered yesterday around 7 something at night upon arriving no one Was even at the register I asked is anybody taking orders and someone came out from the back with a mop to take my order .. after waiting I finally got my order didn’t think to open it or nothing because shake shack is my usual and I don’t have any issues well this location I did upon getting back to my home area I started to eat my burger I wondered why I was getting a bad stomach feeling while eating it I look down and my burger is RAW ! The worker told me to pay after the store was closed . I waited 15 minutes , the same worker told me that since I order a minute after the store closed that the store didn’t get my order
