That was the most terrible Shake Shack. Reviews are correct. Avoid this place. Terrible food.
Reviews are correct. This place sucks. This is a fast food burger joint. It’s insanely hard to screw up. And yet, the quality of the food is awful. One tiny soggy piece of lettuce. A burger bun that had part of it ripped off. This isn’t cheap food and yet I get better from McDonald’s. Fries were ice cold too. At least the burger patties weren’t raw. Avoid avoid avoid
I requested ketchup with the takeout order. In addition, I purchased chicken bites and selected barbecue sauce, and I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a side of shake sauce. Not one of the condiments was in my order. My order was to go, and I was refused ketchup packets. I had to pump ketchup into paper cups that have no tops. Seriously disappointing! Do better!
