The food was good, but I did not like that the one guy touched everything with his gloves. I saw him put one of my chicken bites in my box with those same gloves that had already touched multiple surfaces without being changed.
You lost me as a customer trying to force me to use your Kiosk. I will never come back to shake shack I'm not going to fight with your staff over paying
I liked it though I wasn't a big fan of the Parmesan fries. I think the cheese and bacon have a much better turn out. Other than that service was phenomenal.
