Great Burgers! Great employee Kayleigh took care of us in the drive through , got everything correct, and was Delightful!
Shake shack always has great customer service. They ask about refills and take your garbage from your table. Way different than most chains
Had a burger and fresh lemonade both were very good would definitely come back
You walk in and there’s no staff to be seen feels like I’m in a simulation. You have to self order on tablet and no cash pay. Very expensive menu for little food. We were shocked when we got our food. The macaroni tastes so bland. Burgers were EXTREMELY greasy.. Also $10 for a shake is crazy talk. Also you have to wait for an employee to see you to ask for a drink refill. Not going back.
