Very sterile experience. You have to order through a screen. The food was okay but grossly overpriced. $17 out the door for a cheeseburger combo is insane. The upside is that I have the entire restaurant to myself. Won't be going back.

Was excited to try this place. Ended up being really disappointed. The avocado in the chicken sandwich wasn’t ripe; I had to remove it because it wasn’t edible. The burger buns looked and tasted like they came from Fry’s grocery. My portobello burger was gross. When I took my first bite the cheese inside came flying out across the table. Overpriced and Underwhelming Shake Shack advertises itself as serving “elevated versions of American classics using only the best ingredients.” Unfortunately, my experience didn’t even come close to elevated. The hamburger I ordered was nowhere near the quality I anticipated. For what I paid, I expected a fresh, flavorful burger.
