The staff are lovely, place is clean and the food is great, I'm more just puzzled at the computer kiosk. While it allows you to order alcoholic beverages at the kiosk for take out, and one of the staff members does actually ID you (which I appreciate), I was told by, again a very nice staff member, that you have to consume alcoholic beverages in the actual restaurant. Everyone was kind and courteous. The place was clean. Steady flow no back up at all. Great experience! Love this place and these guys
Should be able to leave zero stars. Food was sitting up front for over 5 minutes and their reason is they were waiting for the fries to be ready. Few more minutes go by while the food is getting cold - still no fries. I take the food and am told the fries will be brought out when they're ready. Ate cold chicken sandwiches. I go back up a few minutes later after I see everyone else getting fries and they forgot about us. Asked to be refunded and these little clueless employees laughed in my face. Disrespectful and disgusting.
