The food is always great here but there was a very friendly manager who helped us out at a lot at our most recent visit. Cindy got all of the kids coloring pages, crayons, stickers, and tattoos which was so sweet. She was extremely helpful.
Fine food and service, but absolutely filthy place
I always like the food at shake shack. Customer service.... not so much. You'll punch in your own order and pay at one of the several kiosks. Grab a plastic number, have a seat, and wait for someone to bring your food. Two burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks. 14 minutes later, food was brought to the table by a cook! They seemed to be short-handed.
