Easy to find, self ordering was easy, prompt service, great tasting food! Was a little crowded but its downtown Boston so thats kind of expected. Will return next time im in the city.
I dropped by Shake Shack tonight with a group of seven friends, and honestly, seeing how absolutely packed the place was, I expected a long wait. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Despite the crowd, the team there handled the rush like total pros. Our food came out surprisingly fast, and every order was spot on.
