Went to Shake Shack at Ridge Hill yesterday, and the customer service was awful. I came in with my son, ready to place an order, and I couldn’t tell if the woman helping me was a manager or just a staff member stuck at the register—but either way, she clearly wasn’t thrilled to be there. When I walked up and politely said, “Hi, can I order?” she hit me with the most sarcastic response: “Yeah, sure. Great. Perfect. What would you like?” (😑 my exact face).
