Just tried the Korean kshack BBQ burger and kshack fried chicken sandwich. I got both on lettuce wraps. The burger was OK, a bit sweet due to the fact that I did not have a bun. The fried chicken sandwich good. The kimchi cut the sweetness.
So toasted is one thing but I call this BURNT. I have not been to a shake shack in years, after this visit, I now remember why I stopped going. Food Quality is so random.
Very unhelpful staff, I won’t be coming back
