Great food and helpful employees
Food was just ok, not any better than any normal fast food burger chain. Definitely way worse fries. You're greeted by kiosks to order which put a damper on the excitement for seeing what the customer service is like at a place we've never been before. Atmosphere was like a sterilized fast food joint, like they couldn't decide what they want it to be so just very meh, almost like sitting in the food court at a mall.
I’ve always liked Shake Shack, but the manager on duty, Jesse, really ruined the experience. While the crew was working hard, Jesse was speaking rudely to DoorDash drivers who were just trying to pick up orders. On top of that, he was vaping outside the restaurant, which felt really unprofessional and uncomfortable. It set a bad tone for the whole shift and honestly made the place feel less welcoming.
Manager vaping when people are eating which was horrible . Food was good.
