Edit: I've contacted Shake Shack per their instructions in the response. I'll update again once I hear from them. This location has gotten so bad it's not worth going to anymore. I got a melted shake and asked for a replacement and it was iced over. Lettuce on the burger was wilted. Service was glacially slow despite an empty restaurant.

Went there for dinner on a Saturday night. They were out of vanilla shake mix and lemonade mix. They got my order wrong as well. I realize I had to pay extra to get pepper jack cheese instead of the cheese that typically comes on the burger. I tried going up to the counter to tell the people, but they weren’t really available and didn’t seem like they wanted to help. I was bummed about this overall experience. This was my first time at a Shake Shack… We stopped at this location just an hour before closing, so I’m assuming this impacts the experience. The restaurant was not the cleanest, and we had several issues with the food that required taking it back, with one being remade entirely. I heard about Shake Shack from a TV show and had to go try the "chicken shack" and cheese fries. They were okay. A bit spendy. The best part? We got to watch the National HOT DOG Eating Contest on tv!!! The Lemonade was great.
