I placed my order at the kiosk and didn't say a word when people who'd ordered after me started getting their food. Francisco, the young man running food, noticed on his own. He got my order number, followed up with the kitchen, and came back to update me -- first with a 1-minute estimate, then an honest correction to 2-3 minutes, and an offer of fries and a drink for the wait. Simon has provided such fantastic service not only to me but to everyone I seen walked through that door. With him being busy he still made sure to acknowledge his customers. I made a mistake on my order and he fixed it with no problem. I haven’t received service like this in so long he definitely should be the one who is set to be an example of great leadership. Not to mention the food was also fresh without having to ask.
