I was there while on vacation during Black Friday and with it being very crowded and busy. The service was still fast in my opinion. The chicken sandwich I had was very delicious.
Terrible customer service. Made a mistake When ordering a promo online and their management team that could have easily fixed it. Decided to ignore my request and sent an associate to tell me the news. I ordered items that I did not need just to get the promo, unfortunately made a mistake and they were neither friendly or apologetic at all. Lost a client for sure, thank God I can live without the calories ☺️
This store is located inside the food court of Vineland premium outlets. We came here in the evening. The store looked very clean and organized. There were dine-in tables available both inside and in front of the store. They had all the popular Shake Shack items available in the menu.
