First time trying Shake Shack as it just opened in my local area. Food was very delicious and I really liked the dragon fruit drink! All the employees were very nice and welcoming. I would definitely come back.

Food (burgers , fries) are not as fresh as NYC. However, they now running B1G1 all the time, so I still order once awhile.
Really appreciate the great customer service! There was a small mix-up with my order, but the team handled it quickly and went above and beyond by making me a fresh burger just the way I wanted. Mistakes happen, but it’s how you fix them that matters—and they absolutely nailed it. Thank you for turning it into such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
