Some feedback: If your ticket times are over 90 minutes, stop taking new orders. I understand that it is July 4th and staff do not have control over crowds. Staff DO have control over whether they continue to accept new orders. A taller employee at the front did nothing but yell and customers and complain about how hard he was working... and then attempted to walk out while at least 20 people were still waiting for orders, leaving other employees (and with his own order in hand).
