Very clean, orders were being distributed by one main runner that was very on it. The kiosks worked well. The lady that took our order was super impatient, it felt super on brand and made me feel at home being at the casino. Food was hot, cheesy, juicy, and fresh. My wife became an instant lifelong fan of Shake Shack last night!!
Employees working the cash register and taking orders are very unprofessional! To much back and forth conversation with each other while, customers stand in line waiting to place an order! Very expensive for a Burger and Fries! Terrible Service!
As usual Shake Shack hits the spot.
The food was decent…a bit messy put together but edible. Service was fast but employees weren’t necessarily rude, just not the warmest well wishers.
