If you do not like busy, don't go here. We waited ~40mims for the food we ordered in the app. I do this all the time with shake shack but I'm the Gainesville VA area and I had no issues there (100% on time). 2 star for service since there was 1 nice service crew amd the other one felt like he was playing poker with a poker face(expression).
The guy handing out the orders threatened me Guy with the green bandada and the dreads There was a shooting here recently and this worker is threatening customer?!???
The worst experience ever on regular hour we had to wait for 25 minutes to get our order
Customer service was horrible. They acted like we were bothering them. The food took forever and it wasn’t any good. The staff was very rude and uncaring. All the tables were dirty.
