I hadn’t been to this Shake Shack in about a year, so I stopped in Friday night during my lunch break for a ShackBurger. They were very busy, but that doesn’t excuse ignoring food safety. The first bite tasted wrong, part of the lettuce was spoiled and had a foul flavor. I spit it out, but I still ended up sick with food poisoning the next morning. The burgers are great!! fries and onion rings . don't get me wrong I just think the iced tea is a little bit too clear.... I hope they put more tea bags in there ....

Horrible Service waited over 45 min for burger meal, Manager terrible after notification to him waited an additional 20 min. Still no order...Demanded a Refund!!! Will Never go to this or and ShakeShacks in future.
Terrible service. They act like I’m asking for my food for free. There’s no sense of urgency either. Person who brings the food out just stays on their phone all day and doesn’t even greet you while they bring your food no response to nothing. Had to ask TWICE for a to go bag since the first time we were straight up ignored. Girl behind the counter go gets the bag and just throws it on the counter basically on her side of the counter. The fatigue is real.
