Food order was wrong twice. Garbage everywhere. Service was unbearably slow.
Shake shack is fire and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. All other factors aside, their food is great. The smokeshack is my favorite since it comes with the cherry pepper topping. To those concerned about price, I recommend checking their site or social media for promos and deals. They run BOGO deals all the time, so you can get a meal for a fair price as long as you take the time to plan it out. The staff can't read. The girl putting orders together was constantly taking things out of other bags and putting items in others. She would fix her hair with her gloves on and then literally shuffle through burgers and all food items. Like shuffling cards. Putting her fingers inside the burgers to see what was in them. Then back to fixing her hair.
