I've heard much racing about Shake Shake, but this was my first time eating at one. Kinda meh! Ordering isn't difficult using a touchscreen, but doesn't provide the to remove items (such a sauce from the BLT I ordered). Thus then requires going to the counter to speak with the staff, which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering with the touchscreen. I was stunned at how small the sandwich was!
