I came in for a chocolate shake. I was able to skip the self-serve kiosk and place my order at the counter with no waiting. When I was ready to pay I encountered a tip screen. I find that to be aggressive and I generally will deduct one star when I encounter it. The chocolate shake that I received had chunks of ice in it that I ended up just crunching on them.
