2nd edit: I came into the store today to get lunch and spoke to the manager about this incident. The manager had no idea this happened ( so corporate never informed the store), and she was very apologetic about it, which I really appreciated. I like shake shack's food and with this store's customer service, I think I will continue to be a regular customer. Edit: I contacted the customer service email as instructed. This was just want I needed after the day I had. I was just passing through after 5 hours of driving and things not going as planned. I pulled into this shopping center for a different reason and decided to check out Shake Shack. The employee at the counter was friendly and helpful. The dining area was clean. The food was good. I had their classic Shack Burger, fries, and a Coke. It definitely hit the spot.
Manager and staff super sweet. Clean inside and a lot of great vegetarian options!
Fresh burgers. Great taste. Love their specialty Drinks. Place is clean. And big props to EMMA! Always attentive with good service and hustling every time I come to this Shack location! Decent crew overall!!!
