Ordered a burger called Smokey and all it had bacon and maybe the hot peppers were smoked but their heat overwhelmed the smoke. If I want spicy I’ll order spicy. I wanted smoked. Burgers are smash style which I do like. Bit pricey for what you get. Kiosk for ordering because people too busy behind the counter fixing food.
The team at the Liberty Center shake shack were very kind and helpful. We had a gift card and a promo, and could not get the kiosk to do both. The Cashier and Manager were both super helpful, and made sure we got the value as advertised in the promo. The quality of the food was excellent and all the staff were super friendly: my impression was that their service was even better than chic-fil-a customer service.
We had a large order and they missed a burger. I came in the mansger was amazing and even gave me a gift card for my next pirchase! Great customer service+
