07/18/2025: I picked up some dinner to go at Shake Shack in Las Colinas and got 2 burgers, 2 fries, and an order of fried pickles. Everything was great. Ms. Sonya took my order because I couldn’t do my modifications at the self checkout screens. She was friendly and professional. While waiting to for my order, I saw that she was consistent with helping other guests that came into the restaurant. My major complaint with this location was that the AC was not working that day.
