Very nice experience here and a great location in my opinion. The staff here including Stephen and a co-manager are amongst the nicest people I've ever met in fast food in my life. The management of this chain made a great decision in terms of the shift manager they chose to run this store. Definitely will be back, thank you!
I recently visited Shake Shack and while the food was definitely good, it felt a bit expensive for what you get. The burgers are tasty and made with fresh ingredients, and the shakes are also really solid, plus the place is clean with friendly, quick service. However, the portions are on the smaller side, so the price doesn’t quite match how filling the meal is, making it feel more like an occasional treat rather than a regular go-to spot.
My online order wasn't ready in a timely manner, I couldn't wait any longer and asked for a refund. As it turns out, my food was being bagged. The manager gave me a refund, the food for free, and 2 $5 coupons. While the food was overpriced and small portions, the customer service was outstanding.
This gentleman acknowledged me with a great smile as soon as when I walked in and assisted me right away. I never seen a bright worker like this in a fast food restaurant. Shake shake needs to pay him enough to keep him in their business.
