Tasty special BBQ burger, great table service, and nice people.
Visited Shake Shack after many years, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. We ordered four burgers and three of them were subpar. You can easily get better burgers elsewhere for half the price. I was honestly amazed to see so many people waiting in line. The Korean chicken special was by far the worst — it barely tasted like chicken, and we ended up throwing most of it away (picture attached). Terrible service here. Was ignored at cash register for more than 5 minute, one staff member in particular just walked by me at least 4 times, helped a lady who came up to complain about her food after I had been standing there for 3 minutes, refused to even meet my eye. All I wanted was to pay for a refill on the drink I came in for. Won’t be back.
the employees don’t think they need to talk to anybody because most people use the self ordering kiosks there. i had a mobile order for pickup that i could see with my name on it behind the counter, and was trying to get someone’s attention to grab it for me. i was ignored whenever employees walked up to the counter for sauce or for someone else’s order, they looked at me multiple times and continued talking amongst themselves. i had to point to it and loudly ask for my order after standing at the register for 10+ minutes of... read more
