How do you got one kiosk working and no one working the register? This is during the lunch hour by the way. I waited 15 minutes just trying to get to the kiosk and placing my order before giving up
This location seems to run a little slower than other locations. I think they may have been understaffed today but it doesn’t matter! The staff were on point, very friendly and the food was perfect!!!! It was definitely worth the wait!!!
I normally like going to this location, but when I was eating there yesterday I saw a mouse run across the floor and into a trash can at Shake Shack. This is an indoor location on the second floor so the fact a mouse is there is quite disgusting. It suck's because I love Shake Shack but this is unacceptable
Absolutely horrible service and rude workers. After standing in line for 8 minutes with no worker coming up to help me, someone finally came up with a blank stare on her face. I proceed to ask for someone to take my order and she turns around and walks away, never saying a word or coming back. I wait 3 more minutes until another worker asks me if I need something.
