I work nearby shake shack but not able to leave to store so I sent my employee to grab it and was hoping for the chicken sandwich but gotten a two patty burger instead, was not satisfied
I come here often and only order cheese fries. You’d think the one thing I order would be hot, but too often they’re just lamp warmed. Today I even asked for fresh fries, watched them drop some, and still got lukewarm ones with an extra cheese cup and fork tossed in to make it look new. Very disappointing. Staff need better training, and management should be watching the food station to make sure customers get fresh food, not fries that have been sitting around.
How do you got one kiosk working and no one working the register? This is during the lunch hour by the way. I waited 15 minutes just trying to get to the kiosk and placing my order before giving up
