Pickup order said it was ready but it wasn't. Burger had a random jalapeño in it...not a pleasant surprise. Chicken was mediocre. Dubai shake wasn't up to the hype.
We had Shake Shack cater an office event for us for about 40 people. The communication with Claudio was smooth and ordering was really easy. He was on time with delivery and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be using them again!
Shake Shack Kirkland is the upscale burger fix we needed on the Eastside. The ShackBurgers are juicy and tasty, and the sweet potato bun adds that extra hint of fun. Fries are good, I'd say definitely order them with cheese. Shakes and lemonades did not disappoint. Ordering via kiosk or phone is a breeze. It’s pricier than your corner burger spot, but the quality, setup, and vibe make it worth it. Ideal for a casual, satisfying treat when you want more than just a quick bite.
