The store was filthy and we tossed our burgers because they smelled funny.
The fries used to be a lot better and less crusty so I’m hoping they make them that way again. Rest is amazing.
Horrible service. I placed a mobile order and followed the app’s instructions to pick it up at the pickup window. I stood there for about five minutes while my order was already showing as ready. I made eye contact with three different employees, and each one simply walked past me without acknowledging me. I eventually had to go inside to pick up my order, which would have been fine if the app had actually instructed me to do that.
