I went through drive-thru, ordered three burgers, my burger was raw, had to go back around for them to remake my burger, fries went cold in that time. Not a good experience. Person running the window offered no accommodations.

Got a double cheeseburger and a 6 piece chicken bite meal at drive thru. Only took about 7-10 min. Paid $42. Girl on the mic had a very hard time taking my order, but she may be new. Asked "single or double" for the chicken bites lol. Everything came correct at least. Burger was definitely very pink, and very small compared to Culvers. Not a fan of raw burgers. Chicken was fine. Definitely won't be back though. I'll pay 40 at culvers and get two meals, a custard and a cheese curd.

Awful food, very disappointing and crazy expensive too especially for what you get. Won't be back. Have tried both the burger and chicken shack neither were enjoyable. The French fries were the only thing that was good. There's an In and Out and Five guys right down the road. Far better options available.

Unfortunately, this branch doesn't give Shake Shack a good name. We've tried it a couple of times, and both times came out feeling the same. I believe that if you order their burger + fries, it will disappoint you due to 'meh' taste. Their service is barely acceptable, although some of their staff do try.
