Great food, ambiance, eating area, customer service! When my kids are happy, it makes me the most happy. And this Shake Shack location is at par! We will return again 😊
Basically what you want and expect from a Shake Shack. Predictable, reliable, and consistently good. Staff has always been friendly when I’ve gone. Also nice that there’s extra seating out in the mall and on the patio, which makes it a lot less cramped than some other locations. Solid overall, if you ignore the painful parking situation on Saturdays.
Bad experience no customer services, not urgent sensor.
The quality of the burgers and fries seems to be getting worse with every visit. Unfortunately, the food has been increasingly disappointing each time I’ve come.
