This place was horrible, food was wasn’t great at all, and the everything was so overpriced. I got the Dubai chocolate shake which was very good but also 10$, not worth it. The double shack burger I got wasn’t very tasty, in fact, after having in n out the shack burger was horrible, and in n out is way cheaper and so great tasting, and the fries were super expensive for absolute garbage with nothing special about it. Great food and service. Wish they had a spot in NV!
Asked the guy behind the counter to wet a couple napkins for me so I can wipe table off, he rolled his eyes and gave me the worst look.
The food is good, the wait is not... I've never waited twenty minutes for my order... Shale Shack has locked in their menu, their flavors, their brand, and all are generally pretty consistent (even internationally). This particular location however fell woefully short on their service... No greeting at the kiosk (but it sure was ready to assume I wanted to leave a 20% tip), and a twenty minute wait to have a name called and the food (not drinks) dropped on the counter (no tray, just a pair of boxes, which would have fit wond... read more
