My interaction with Shake shack has been very positive. There’s a young lady that works her name is Savannah. She’s always very friendly and nice and always gets everything correct the first time.
This place was horrible, food was wasn’t great at all, and the everything was so overpriced. I got the Dubai chocolate shake which was very good but also 10$, not worth it. The double shack burger I got wasn’t very tasty, in fact, after having in n out the shack burger was horrible, and in n out is way cheaper and so great tasting, and the fries were super expensive for absolute garbage with nothing special about it. Asked the guy behind the counter to wet a couple napkins for me so I can wipe table off, he rolled his eyes and gave me the worst look.
