Good high-quality burgers, easy ordering at the kiosks, friendly service.
The good is great when you actually get what you order. Every time we've ever done a group order at my work, they either forget something or mess something up on the order. Today I ordered a Shack Stack burger and they completely left off the fried cheese filled mushroom. So it just ended up being a tiny, sad burger with no cheese.
Love the food. Everything is always fresh and hot. Great service.
