I decided to visit this location after reading the reviews. I was not disappointed with anything. The service was amazing. The food was good. The service was fantastic and the cleanliness was outstanding.
Horrible service We waited 45 minutes for two hamburgers unbelievable disgraceful service and the old lady packin food at the counter was very rude and the burgers were made wrong the fries were overcooked and she wanted to charge me $5 for extra sauce unbelievable never again these kind of places don't last long anyway very soon you'll be reading on the news bankruptcy I guarantee you
The manager on duty today, January 31 at 4:00 PM. She was totally incompetent and very arrogant and disrespectful with her mouth. I am now going to report her to the corporation. She’s lucky that a corporation like this higher because I guarantee you no private industry would hire somebody like her with her Rudeness and unprofessionalism

From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch, thanks to Alan Rosen, who was genuinely dedicated to providing outstanding customer excellence. We decided to try the Shack Burger as it comes and a double plain cheeseburger, and let me tell you, they were bursting with flavor!
