The service was exceptional. Tyler and the rest of the staff were friendly and seemed to really care about taking care of our needs.
I was waiting 5 minutes to ask her a questions and she never acknowledged me. Another family came in, obviously not the same as her and she greeted them politely. I guess I’m welcomed here. Do better.
Walking into Shake Shack felt less like grabbing food and more like being welcomed home. The atmosphere was electric in the best way possible. Tyler went out of his way to take great care of us. Rare to get this level of service at a fast food joint. Personalized and genuine. Came here several times with consistency in quality. Very convenient near the university campus.
Shake shack is pretty good. Didn’t like the shroom burger much, too much cheese for me.
