Sat at the pickup window for 10 minutes past my pickup time and when I tried to get an employees attention by knocking on the window they pretended like they didn't see me. I think you should at least greet people and explain if there will be a wait because it's understandable to be busy, but the customer service is a skill issue amongst the employees. A bit pricey for a single burger. And I had to wait an additional 7 to 10 minutes for my complete order to come out. So about 15 to 18 minutes. Waiting on eating.
