Disappointing Experience I've enjoyed Shake Shack many times, especially at the SanTan Village location in Gilbert, where I've consistently received great service and quality food. The chicken sandwich was greasy and overcooked. Service was meh. Smelled like a fryer. It doesn't matter if it's "Fashion Square," it was gross. Do not waste your money.
They were quite busy, however, their new BBQ boneless burger wasn't bad.
