Good food but gets expensive since everything is à la carte. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. A little bit of a wait to get our food but would come back.
Took 25 mins for food to come out.
I placed an order for two SNG Shack burgers with added crispy onions and two Chicken shack sandwiches. When they arrived there were no crispy onions on the burgers and no chicken on the chicken sandwiches. I called the store manager and my call went to phone mail. I left a message describing my situation and asked to be called back. There was NO return call to me.
We picked up the order right at the time. Burger buns were soggy. Forgot bacon on one burger and the side of garlic mayo. I honestly think Chilis has a better burger. For the price the consistency and overall quality needs to be improved.
