The ladies are wonderful, very attentive and always with a smile. The guys are very nice also.
My son planed another short staycation for us at Encore Boston Harbor. After dinner at Totto Ramen in Assembly Row, we still had room for another bite, so we stopped by Shake Shack downstairs after playing some games at the casino. The location is super convenient, and the burger quality was very good. It was the perfect late-night bite before calling it a day.
There was a young supervisor there who chose to tell the male guests that they were closed but let the female guests keep ordering.
For a place that boasts about offering gluten free options, I was disappointed when my food was contaminated not once but twice. We were told we should have eaten prior to visiting the casino. Manager was very kind and went back to do the order herself since the kitchen kept messing it up. We were told by another employee that it is a language barrier issue- not an excuse.
Awful awful awful, I ordered at 1:45 am and gave up waiting at almost 3am and left. The staff was not helpful , they would yell out everyone’s name once then put their order in the corner. I couldn’t get help they would just look at me and look away when I spoke. Absolute worst experience ever. I never even got my food. Ended up just getting McDonald’s down the street
