Pretty shitty to be hungry and then get enticed with some kind of deal when you spend $15 or more and with a certain promotion and then it not counting because of a technicality even tho I was spending over 20 bucks for the order. This place is already crazy expensive for what it is. Just Burgers and fries… pretty disappointed in the one employee who couldn’t bother to try to hook me up or make it right at the very least over a difference of 50cents instead of leaving a sour taste in my mouth and walking out.
Quick service. Delicious burger on a gluten free bun. Didn’t get sick
Food was fresh and hot but odd how they use a smaller bun for a double. Very messy to eat. Fries were hot and crispy. Onion rings were average.
Good place to enjoy watching the game and hanging out with family and friends
There was a legitimate hair in my food. I complained and they did nothing to make it right. Don’t go to this shake shack!
