Took over 30 minutes to get our pickup order. Staff was joking in the back. People standing around. Not caring. Terrible service and dirty inside.
I’ve had good experiences at Shake shack before, but this was terrible. Burger was OK but not what I ordered. I thought I could make it work, but there were no condiments, other than two broken ketchup dispensers, and some tiny mustard packets. The inside especially the tables were pretty worn out. I can’t believe anyone would be here a second time.
