They got out order completely wrong we asked for no mayo. There was mayo. they forgot the onions AND AVACPDO on an AVACADO BURGER. the orea shake we order was CHOCOATE. i ord have 6 chicken bites they gave us 5 this is not ok the store was empty and the workers kept dropping the broom thats why i put no tip

Slowest service ever. Used kiosk and ordered to go on Wednesday around noon. There were 3 employees working, two female and a male. They all look miserable and worked at snail speed. I ordered a burger and fries and it took 25+ mins to get my order. There were barely any customers. Just watching them work is painful cause they look like they hate their jobs. I never seen a shake shack so sad. Ridiculous! Never again.
