Burgers were fantastic. But $31 for two burgers (not meal) and a lemonade?! Will avoid in the future.
I recently went through the drive-thru at the Shake Shack on Manchester Rd in Des Peres, MO on 12/23 at approximately 1:15 PM. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The employee working the drive-thru window was very unfriendly and unprofessional—there was no greeting, and my food was handed to me in a rushed and careless manner. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. Paying nearly $8 for a burger, I expect much better customer service and accuracy.
