Everytime we order here we don’t get half our food cause the workers are too busy talking to eachother
We order online to pick up on the line an literally waited for 40 min. The place was full and they have only one person getting the orders ready. You could see the disappointment on the people inside too... they definitely need more employees. The employee told us "we are just packing the order" they definitely did many orders before" i dont see the point of lying. Im always eating at shake shack but thislocatuon was the worst experience ever.
