I've been coming here since they opened, and hosnely it's getting worse. Today, I spent $30 on two burgers that the bun were cold and soggy (before they toasted the bun), and we ended up eating just the meat. The kids that seem to run it have no knowledge of cooking or customer service. Today is the last time I give them my business.
Burgers are cooked too long. And not much flavor.
A bit of my experience, 25 years of management experience on restaurants, with my las position as area coach for 13 restaurant locations. 1.- As customers entered the location no one will greet or acknowledge them, my family included. 2.- We where going to pay cash, approached the counter 3 employees did walk in front of us with out saying anything.
