I can’t believe this is how a grilled cheese is served.. This is the sandwich fresh out of its packaging. I didn’t even eat it. I wouldn’t give this away for free, trash!
It took 4 tries to get my correct order. I was patient and so were they too. At end, I got a this one's is on us card for my next order. All's good as they acknowledged their mistakes. ;)
Food was way over priced for the lack luster flavor, and falling apart the food did. Staff was nice though.
custard’s so good here it visits me in my dreams sometimes. also smokeshack is the best burger.
Ordered Cheese Fries and a shake on lunch. Got it... took a bite, had weird hard crap... I thought hmmm, that's weird.. took another bite.. hard unchewable bone or eggshell or plastic... idk... looked in fries and white bone/plastic bits throughout the entire thing.... and for $7 fries... absolutely not.
