As local customers of this restaurant chain, we were surprised and disappointed during a recent visit to the Plaza location. We were walking in the area with a pregnant friend, and she told us that she was not allowed to use the restroom by security personnel. Security mentioned that the bathroom is only for customers. This was astonishing, given that we are frequent customers and have always had positive experiences with the on-site staff. This place needs to work on customer service I order from DoorDash when they opened and was told that my order will be ready in five minutes mind you one of the drivers that went to pick up my order. Waited for 15 to 20 minutes for my order, they sent out a total of three drivers to pick up my order which was just a single burger and fries and my order was not made at them proceeded to call the store to speak with someone and no one answered so I left a very detailed message, letting them know that they’re not doing their jo... read more
