Our burgers were very good. Mine hade delicious truffles and grocery cheese and crispy onion rings the fries were perfect. You order electronically. You pick a table and put your number on the table. My problem is, I never saw anyone wash a table as people left. We sat down at a dirty table with crumbs all over it. The person who delivered the food did not speak or smile even when I thanked him. Great food. Food arrived hot and tasty. If only there was some way to clean the tables.
I really appreciate how well run this shake shack is, in a busy part of town! Thanks especially to the Friday evening crew!!
Good every time. Wish they had better fries
Didn't really feel like talking much so this experience was great. As I walked in the front door and didn't see anyone behind the counter so I ordered from the machine. I'm not sure why the machine asks for a tip before I even had any service. I finished my order and sat down. Not sure why I take a number if the only social interaction I had was the homie behind the counter nodding my food is ready. I knew it was mine cause I am the only psyco getting milk for lunch.
